Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Details about the deadline, returns, return shipping costs and our product-specific RMA process are set out under Shipping & Returns.

The return address may differ depending on the fulfilment partner. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Requesting an RMA relates only to return logistics and is not a condition for a valid withdrawal.

Contract language and delivery territory

Direct sales are currently limited to delivery addresses in Germany. For German consumers, the German version of the pre-contract information is authoritative.
